The Callaway Diablo Edge driver comes in two types, the standard and the tour version. The standard driver is for the traditional golfer whereas the tour driver is built for the wants of a low handicapped player. The difference between the Tour and the Standard is the full length hosel, less face progression and a different center of gravity. The Tour version is designed for lower ball flights and more control. The tour version also comes in a black rather than the standard demon red. The Callaway Diablo Edge driver comes as standard with a Aldila Habanero shaft which is only slightly different in the Tour version.
The Callaway Diablo Edge driver is packed full of technology. The face is made from 4-piece fused titanium design which makes the clubface lighter and improves the ball flight. The club features a chemically milled hyperbolic face cup which removes unwanted material from behind the club face so you’re able to generate higher ball speeds. The aerodynamics has been improved so it’s up to 8% better than it’s other 460cc competitors.
